Enviaremos nuestra lancha a recogerte puntualmente en el Porto de Sanxenxo (14:45) o el Club Náutico de Portonovo (15:00), según tu reserva.
Recomendamos llegar a su punto de embarque con al menos media hora de antelación a la hora prevista, para contar con tiempo suficiente para estacionar o resolver cualquier imprevisto.
Por favor, tenga en cuenta que la zodiac sale puntualmente a la hora prevista. Si no llega a tiempo, deberá encontrar un medio alternativo para llegar al restaurante. Desafortunadamente, no podemos realizar reembolsos ni cambios de horario.
Si nuestro Chef Capitán considera que el mar no está de nuestro lado, te lo notificaremos con la mayor antelación posible y cancelaremos el servicio que te correspondía. El importe será reembolsado automáticamente a la tarjeta con la que realizaste la reserva.

Our tender will pick you up promptly from Porto de Sanxenxo (2:45pm) or Club Naútico de Portonovo (3pm), as selected during booking.
We recommend arriving at your boarding point at least half an hour before the scheduled time, to allow enough time to park or handle any unforeseen issues.
Please note that the tender departs promptly at the scheduled time. If you do not arrive on time, you will need to find an alternate means of reaching the restaurant. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling.
If our Chef Captain deems that the sea is not on our side, you will be notified at the earliest possible convenience and the service will be canceled. Your booking will be automatically refunded to the card used.
